Explore one of the holiest places in the world on a overnight trip from Cairo, driving through the Sinai Desert to St. Catherine’s Monastery in the remote city of the same name.

Day 1

bookingegypttour representative will pick you up from your Cairo hotel, drive for approx 11 hours to St-Catherine to visit St-Catherine monastery, located between the St-Catherine’s mounts and Moses Mount which is the oldest monastery of Christianity. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2

You will be picked up at 2 am from your hotel and transferred to climb Moses Mountain where Moses received 10 commandments. After Moses Mountain you will visit  St. Catherine Monastery, Room of the Skulls, where you will watch a lot of real skulls for previous Monks of St. Catherine. Continue visiting Burning Bush where Moses called his God.

After that you will have your breakfast at the hotel & drive back to Cairo.
