Another excursion from Alexandria is this tour to the Pyramids and Sakkara that leads you to Cairo on a day long enjoyable journey. Egyptio representative will pick you up from Alexandria port, then transfer by air-conditioned modern van to Cairo. During this private excursion you’ll see the great Giza Pyramids, the Valley Temple, and also famous Sphinx.

Once you’re done in Cairo you’ll then take a lunch break before continuing to the necropolis of Saqqara. Sakkara is an ancient necropolis in northern Egypt near Giza. It contains a number of fascinating funerary monuments, including tombs, mastabas, temples and pyramids. The Step Pyramid of Djoser (Zoser) in Sakkara is the oldest stone pyramid in Egypt and an important development in Ancient Egyptian architecture.This place is rife with pyramids, temples, and tombs and makes for an incredibly interesting and enlightening journey!
